The perfect place to discuss the integration of rural sustainability and regeneration, the venue - fforest - began as a working farm, and has now undergone major renovation and conservation to provide magnificent accommodation which brings together all the ingredients of local knowledge, modern design, and heritage.

With a range of converted and new eco-buildings, sheltered, part-sheltered, and temporary spaces, fforest provides an excellent setting within which to reflect on the conference's themes (no matter what the weather!).

'We start with the history and spirit of the existing place. We think about landscape, sunset, outlook, how it feels, our shower block, green oak and cedar. Fantastic view, lots of light, lots of air. Fresh. People just hang around talking.' (fforest)

You can stay at fforest on the Friday and/or Saturday night, and are welcome to bring friends/family to enjoy the area, which sits between Cardigan Bay and the Preseli Hills, and includes the Wildlife Centre (right next door), the River Teifi, Poppit Sands and much more.
